Study extending out new curbing to provide more pedestrian space (if allowable). Detail roof drain system and ensure that rainwater is managed appropriately. Provide details and design elements on the guard station which make it feel more contextually appropriate to the adjacent historical building either in contrast or similarity. Design of the guardhouse should compliment the new entry and the design needs to be further explored as to how better achieve this. |
