• Applicant will need to come back with a full plan for the area (from Public Square to Prsopect) including both sides of the street to address streetscape.
• There needs to be equitable treatment of the street level.
• There shall be no advertising or signage permitted on bridge structures (either one) unless it is for the public good.
• Study the inclusion of a Welcome to Cleveland or Cleveland sign on the new bridge.
• For future presentation, applicant will need to provide more details on the aesthetics of the bridge system and surrounding work.
• Discuss the bus stops, stop aesthetics and locations with RTA.

Approve with Condition that the applicant return with suggestions for how streetscape on Ontario Street can be changed to make the pedestrian experience better.
