- The planned density feels somewhat relentless. Consider reducing the number of units, and create more communal spaces which encoruage interaction and a sense of "dwelling" for the residence.
- Consideration needs to be given to how this site connects to the surrounding neighborhood and environment to maximize the potential of the "amenities" that surround this locations.

Conditions/Notes: |

- Consider adding an additional story to the aparrtment building to decrease the density on the ground plane. Study the placement of the building to best maximize the site.
- Study the vehicular circulation of the site and maximize the pedestrian ways and green spaces.
- Consider the retail space and its orientation/ locations.
- Examine the parking for the site and maximize parking locations for the residents and visitors.
- Verify that emergency access is provided for vehicles and that such access meets appropriate standards.
- Oveall density issues with the site. It feels more sub-urban with an urban flair and that needs to be reconciled with the design.

Discussion Notes:
- Boulevard on the interior is a focal point. What is the termination and how is the boulevard treated.
- Whare are the services for the site located (dumpsters, transformers, etc.)? This needs to be sorted out as soon as possible (possibly contained on the interior of some fo the buildings).
- South elevation does not seem as developed as the others. Rethink facade and how it blends the language from the other facades.
- Horizontal glazing on the townhomes looks to lose the human scale at grade.
- Study the color composition of the apartment buildings.
- Be intentional about the materiality and composition of the ground plain.
- Develp and refine a language that is cohesive and works with each building.
- Provide a rendered veiw from the highway as part of the next presentation.
