Tim Mulle of TMA Architects Inc. passed away and the building owner secured a new architect to continue the project.

  • Explore ways to re-activate both huron and Prospect facades and streets, including looking at relocating main entrance to Prospect side of building.
  • Increase the amount of streetscape amenities along all areas to create a more pedestrian friendly experiance.
  • Explore a posible drop off along Prospect that can be tied to new entryway.
  • Signage at building corners should be building identification signage.
  • Explore looking at ways to make 3rd st. more of a "place" including re-doing pavement and sidewalks.
  • Consider building rebranding & building identification.
