- Consider how to provide storefront coverage for future vacant storefronts until tenant infill occues down the line.  Possibly vinyl decals or sim.

- Committee would like to see considerations given for lighting & streetscape at final presentation.

- Provide closer details of the facade for final presentation.

- Examine pedestrian traveling on the alley and how pedestrians and traffic flow can be managed for a safe interaction to the BOH.

• Considr requiring canopies for all tenants.
• Consider reworking canopies to include 45 deg. angles at the ends so as to view the proejcting signs.
• Create a palette of colors for tenants to chosse from for awnings.

• Re-align the main projecting sign and adjust the supporting brackets to more substantially tie into the architectural elements of the facade. Return to staff with revisions.
• Tenant projecting sign is allowed to move up the facade to the top of the storefront.
