- Review the exterior color selection for the building, and specifically the color of the windows at grade.  Consider possible lighter color for grade windows.

- Investigate the exterior condiitons at the garage entrance along Euclid.  How can it be bettered and softened for pedestrian use?

- Investigate the trash area and how it relates to the building, inlcuiding colors and materials.

- How does the exterior renovations feel for pedestrians on the street.
