- Height of 8’-0” is too high and should be reduced to a more acceptable height (4’-0” or 5’-0”)
- Straight-line fencing should be broken up to provide more relief. Possible incorporate more materials like brick or stone into the fencing. Current design feels too Utilitarian and un-welcoming. More information is needed and clearer drawings will need to be presented for committee review |
