· Recommendation of approval with the following conditions: · #1.) screen should be on a matte with a shroud which cuts the viewing angle to 110 degrees on 3 sides of the screen (left, top, right). This will come before staff for review. · #2.) Brightness: Should align with future sign code; 5,000 nits max for daytime, 250 nits max for the evening. (Based on sunrise and sunset) · #3.) Hours of Operation: Screen turns on at sunrise; Shuts off at 12:00a(midnight) on weekdays (Sunday – Thursday) and 2:00a on weekends and holidays (Friday – Saturday) #4.) Content: Advertising for on-site tenants, no off-site advertising; static images remain for a minimum of 20 seconds as per the code; video animation (highlights and replays) permitted to only Ohio sports teams. |
