Description:

This is an eleven story building consisting of 64 apartment units, 2,300 sf of retail and 66 parking spaces.  We have kept the building below the 115 foot maximum height limit.  We do have access to the roof that extends above the 115 foot limit but it is set back from the facades so it will not be visible from the street.
