  • Consider the materiality of the Prospect garage on Tower B.  Material proposed may not be complimentary and need tweaking.
  • Reconsider the layout of the parking & service garage entrances on E. 4th Street.  Walkability of the street needs to be emphasised.
  • Consider the utilization fo the rooftop at the corner of E. 4th & Prospect.  There may be oppurtunities to enliven that space with active uses.
  • Consider the view and configuration of the towers as seen from the south.  Perhaps carry over some of the same building language utilized on the prospect facade there for a more dynamic profile.
