Description:

Complete building demolition of existing Mad Hatter building. New building is a two-story, 29,000SF facillty with a one story connection back to the existing Harbor Light Complex. Site will also include a new trash enclosure, transformer, emergency transformer and 77 parking spaces. The parking access will be gated with direct entry from E. 18th Street and E. 16th Place.

Case is not closed because as of August 20, 2014, we have not reviewed the proposed site plan and elevations for Final Approval.
