Due to the complexity of the ownership and tenant makeup of this building, the DRAC would allow four skyline identity signs reflecting the two major companies within the building, with the following conditions: 1) Each of the two major tenants will have two skyline signs. Only one skyline sign shall be permitted on each side of the building; 2) One of these major tenants' sigange shall be clearly identified as dominant so the building's identity is clear; Sign do not meet at a corner but rather are consistently justified on each side of the building; 4) the next presentation must include a comprehensive building signage package which includes treatment at ground level for any and all signage on the property; and 5) the building owners also should establish and present to DRAC signage guidelines to deal with future tenant issues that may arise.
