No Action taken by Committee to Approve or Disapprove due to Planning Commission Resolution. Committee voted informally to have applicant remove the "55" signage at the top of the building by a 4-3 vote. If Planning Commission chooses to allow "55" signage to remain, the Committee strongly suggests that the "55" on both elevations be remanufactured to match the proposed signage in all aspects. Also suggest that "F.N.B." be removed from West elevation. |
