Description: | The proposed Welcome Center supports valet parking drop off / pick up, valet lobby, 4,900 sf of street level retail on corner of Prospect and Ontario and 342-car, 5 supported level parking garage connected to existing Gateway North Parking Garage. Welcome Center connects to Higbee Building with a pedestrian bridge at second level of Phase 1 Casino. The project when combined withthe Gateway North parking garage provided proximate, convenient, safe, secure, well-lit parkingand valet service for the casino, addressing approximately 50% of the casino's reequired parking.
