The City Planning Commission aggregates Census Tracts into Statistical Planning Areas (SPA). Each SPA is equivalent to a traditional neighborhood. A Neighborhood Fact Sheet compiles some of the most basic demorgraphic information for a certain neighborhood. All files are in the Adobe Acrobat format (PDF).
