- Ordinance No. 55-07 : Giving consent of the city of Cleveland to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio for the rehabilitation of Bellaire Road from West 117 th Street to West 105 th Street; authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into any relative agreements; determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating a portion of Bellaire Road; authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; and to apply for and accept an allocation of County Motor Vehicle License Tax Funds for the improvement.
- Ordinance No. 56-07 : Giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the State of Ohio for the replacement of the wearing surface on the Broadway Avenue Bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad at East 93 rd St.; authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into any relative agreements.
