  2. Ordinance No. 0002-03 Polensek/Ward 11): An ordinance to change the zoning of the Lake Shore Shopping Plaza, south of Lake Shore Boulevard between East 156th St. and East 161st St. from General Retail Use District to a Shopping Center Use District.
  3. Ordinance No. 1184-03 (O’Malley/Ward 16): To supplement the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, OH, 1976, by enacting new Section 347.121 relating to restaurants and liquor establishments with outdoor seating abutting a One Family District.
