MANDATORY REFERRAL

  1. Ordinance No. 1362-05 (Johnson/Ward 4): Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to purchase property located at 3071 East 130 th Street to widen the intersection of East 130 th and Griffing Avenue, for the Department of Parks Recreation and Properties; determining the method of making the public improvement of demolishing the house at 3071 East 130 th St.; and authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; and authorizing the Director of Parks Recreation and Properties, with the approval oaf the board of Control , to enter into a property adoption agreement with Shaker Square Area Development Corporation to install landscaping and for maintaining that portion of the property acquired which is not needed and not used for the street widening improvement.
  2. Ordinance No. 1503-05 (Sweeney/Ward 20): Determining the method of making the public improvement of repairing and replacing brick pavement on certain streets; authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement requirement contracts for the making of the improvement; and authorizing one or more agreements with the City of Lakewood to make brick pavement repairs on common streets shared with the City of Lakewood.
  3. Ordinance No. 1511-05 (Cimperman): To amend the title and Sections 1 and 3 of Ordinance No. 966-05, passed June 6, 2005, relating to the lease of certain properties located on Dock 32 and the East 9 th Street pier to the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority.
