ZONING
- Ordinance No. 1357-04 (Gordon/Ward 15): To change the zoning of a parcel of land at the corner of Broadview Road and West 22nd Street from a One-family Residential Use District to a Local Retail Business Use District and from a "A" Area District to a "C" Area District.
- Ordinance No. 1459-04 (Cimperman/Ward 13): Changing the Use District of land along the south side of St. Clair Avenue from East 52nd Street from a Semi-Industry District to a Residence-Industry District.
- Ordinance No. XXX1-04 (Sweeney/Ward 20): Changing the Use District fo ladn along the west side of West 130th Street from Sprecher Avenue north to Crossburn Avenue from a General Retail Business Use District to a Local Retail Business Use District.
- Ordinance No. XXX2-04 (Cimperman/Ward 13): Changing the zoning of land bounded by University Road, West 14th Street and Crown Avenue from a General Industry Use District to a General Retail business Use District.
- Ordinance No. 1456-04 (White/Reed/Wards 2&3): Establishing the Union Miles Business Revitalization District.
MANDATORY REFERRAL
- Ordinance No. 208-04 (Coats/Ward 10): Authorizing the Director of Community Development to lease certain property to Clifford M. Daniels and Donna W. Williams, for a term of fifteen years, with one option to renew for an additional fifteen year period, for the purpose redeveloping, landscaping, and maintaining a parking lot.
- Ordinance No. 1370-04 (Polensek/Ward 11): Authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into a grant agreement with Collinwood and Nottingham Village Development Corporation to provide economic development assistance to partially finance the acquisition of property associated with the expansion of Cleveland Range, Inc and other costs associated with the acquisition of real property.
- Ordinance No. 1304-04(Westbrook/Ward 18): Authorizing the Commissioner of purchases and Supplies to sell City-owned property no longer needed for blic use located at 11623 Lake Avenue and 1227 West 116th Street to Marous Brothers Construction, Inc.; and authorizing the Directors of Economic Development and Parks, Recreation and Properties to enter into an Option to Purchase Agreement with Marous Brothers Construction, Inc. for the redevelopment.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS
- Ordinance No. 1315-04 (Jackson/Ward 5): Authorizing and directing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to City of Cleveland's Empowerment Zone to stretch a banner at East 55h and Thackery Avenue, for the period from July 21, 2004 to August 20, 2004, inclusive, publicizing the Empowerment Zone Job Fair and Community Festival.
- Ordinance No. 1316-04 (Zone/Ward 17): Authorizing and directing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to City f Cleveland's Community Relations Board to stretch banners at West 61st & Lorain N and West 61st & Lorain S. for the period from July 26, 2004 to August 4, 2004, inclusive.
- Ordinance No. 1276-04 Cimperman/Ward 13): Authorizing the Director of Parks, Recreation and Properties to apply for and accept a grant from the Ohio Public Works Commission for the Canal Basin Park Project; authorizing the director to accept gifts from public and private entities; authorizing the director enter into one or more agreements with various public entities and non-profit corporation to implement the project; approving and ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding wit Mary Coyne Investments, Ltd.; and authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to purchase property necessary to implement the project.
- Ordinance No. 1294-04 (Cintron/Ward 14): To designate Hancock Avenue as "Roberto Ocasio Avenue" as a secondary and honorary designation.
