There was not a quorum for this meeting and the applicant will come back to re-present given comments from those in attendance. The following comments should be considered: 1) Study directional sign - it may create a traffic conflilct for auto entering Chester from E 59th Street due to Chester configuration, and visual obstructions from proposed placement of sign in addition to existing billboards. 2) Consider a bed to monument sign to prevent damage to base. 3) Conider adding a base for the reveal.
