• Did  you add the glass block windows to the facade?
• What was the condition/treatment of the storefront when you purchased it?
• Have you spoken with the Landmarks staff?
• Consider using a different type of windows other than the glass block.
• Consider taking a look at historic photos and plans to get ideas for the storefront.

Tarra Petras, Public Art Coordinator for the City of Cleveland is available to answer any questions and provide her support for the mural.

Motion to table to return in two weeks to give the property owner time to create a plan for the front elevation, speak with Landmarks staff for historic photos/details, and clarify the amount of daylighting and airflow required per code.

2. Increase glasing on the front elevation
3. add lighting to the front entrace
4. Provide final materials and lighting proposal
