Survey and preserve trees on parcel with no address, if at all possible. Remove concrete and tree lawn on 7510. Locate garage for 7321 Elton to six feet off the alley; additional parking could be placed on adjacent spur. Garage to be located six feet off the alley for 7916 and one with no address also.
Add more windows to 7916 on side street elevation.
Add street trees to all sites. |
